While Daddy was off work...

Since I had surgery, I was not allowed to lift more than the baby for a month. AAaaaaccckkk!! What to do? Luckily Del had taken vacation days while we were in the hospital and my mom came for almost 3 weeks. We were SO thankful for her help... Then Del took his paternity leave of 2 weeks which was a HUGE help! While he was off, he played with Kyle...

Ready to go outside

Kyle "holding" Kolby (I love this picture!)

Otis and Lou came to visit for tea...

Kyle's new umbrella with "Bobber the Builder" on it. He found Daddy's umbrella (you know, one of the big ones with a serious point on the end) so we had to get him one of his own. There had been one in the toy box but it was broken so I tossed it... Oops! The first thing he did when I told him he couldn't have Daddy's was go look for "Kyle's own."

We watched Daddy play tennis one day...

Snow!!!

We finally (did I say that?) got enough snow and it was wet enough that Kyle could build a snowman and do something with it! Many times it is just powder - doesn't stick together.
Snowman built with Daddy
Look at Gramma Dawn's Jeep (if it isn't a car or pickup truck, it is a jeep)!!
Gramma Dawn and Kyle shoveled the driveway and built a little snowman in the front!
